IMO's Pizza is the originator of St. Louis style pizza, inventing the combination of square cut, thin-crust and Provel cheese.  But while IMO's originated in St. Louis, the company has been expanding across Missouri into major cities like Kansas City MO, Springfield and Columbia.  In order to help the brand continue to grow, this concept works to expand IMO's from St. Louis' pizza, to the pizza of MO.
